Michael Henrick has over 15 years of experience working in the Analytical and Commercial Operations space for a variety of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. He works with senior executives to develop strategies, forecasts, market research, and market understanding. He leads cross functional initiatives to build scalable solutions to drive strategy and pull through to execution. His areas of expertise include the acute care pharmaceutical market, the oncology and specialty pharmaceutical market, pre-commercial to commercial product launches, sales incentive compensation, portfolio forecasting, managed care promotion, patient services, and patient level data analysis and forecasting.
Prior to consulting, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Astellas Pharma, Medexus Pharma, and TerSera Therapeutics. He supports clients through commercial planning and forecasting, development of data warehouses and reporting, SFA and CRM planning and development, Sales Incentive Compensation design and execution.
