Jeff Boesiger has over 25 years of experience in bio-pharmaceutical operations including leadership roles in manufacturing, supply chain, process engineering, and network strategy. He currently leads a consulting practice focused on Operations with an expertise in supply chain strategy, manufacturing, quantitative modeling, decision analysis, process optimization, due diligence, and program management. Prior to consulting, he was the Head of Product Operations for Biologics at Shire Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for the global manufacturing strategy for their >$6B biologics portfolio. Jeff has been fortunate to serve in leadership roles across a range of functions within Operations and looks to help organizations through periods of heavy growth or significant change. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Riggs School of Applied Life Sciences at the Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) and a member of the Industrial Advisory Board for Northwestern University’s Master of Biotechnology program.
